One small, self-hosted tool that drafts and publishes affiliate product posts to a single Facebook Page its developer manages. This page covers what it does with data, the terms of using it, and how to request deletion.

Shopee Poster is a backend automation tool. It has no public sign-up, no login screen, and no visitor-facing website — it exists to prepare and publish posts to one Facebook Page on behalf of its developer. This policy explains the only data it touches.
Data the app reads
Shopee affiliate product data — product name, images, price range, rating, and commission rate, pulled from the Shopee Affiliate Open API or entered by hand.
Facebook Page data — the Page's own posting capability and the delivery status of posts it has published, via the permissions listed above.
It does not request Facebook Login for other people, does not read the profiles, posts, or messages of Page followers or commenters, and does not sell, rent, or share data with advertisers.
Data the app generates and stores
Draft captions, generated images and video files, and a record of what was posted and when — kept on a private server operated by the developer, for as long as needed to run the Page.
To write a caption, the product name and basic attributes above are sent to one AI text provider selected in the app's own settings (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or a self-hosted model) — solely to generate that caption, and not for any other purpose.
Cookies and tracking
None. There is no visitor-facing site to set a cookie on, and no analytics or advertising pixel is embedded in anything the app publishes.
Shopee Poster is operated for a single purpose: publishing affiliate product content to the Facebook Page named above, under Meta's Platform Terms and Facebook's Community Standards. By connecting the app to a Page, its administrator agrees to the following.
What the app may do
Read the connected Page's product-offer feed and draft a caption for each item.
Publish photo or video posts to that Page, immediately or on a schedule the administrator sets.
Read whether a scheduled post has gone live, so its own records stay accurate.
What it will not do
Post to any Page other than the one its administrator has explicitly connected.
Post on behalf of, message, or act as any individual Facebook user.
Misrepresent prices, ratings, or sales figures — captions are written to omit numbers that change over time rather than state them incorrectly.
Auto-post without disclosing that outbound links are paid affiliate links, per Facebook's branded-content and disclosure rules.
Availability
The app runs on infrastructure its developer controls and carries no uptime guarantee. Posting can be paused, edited, or reviewed by hand at any time before it reaches the Page.
Because the app doesn't collect data from Facebook users other than its own administrator, there is normally nothing of yours to delete. The two cases where deletion applies:
Revoking the app's access to a Page
A Page administrator can remove the app's access at any time from Facebook: Meta Business Suite → Settings → Integrations (or the Page's own Settings → Facebook Access), or by revoking it from facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations. This immediately stops the app from posting or reading anything from that Page.
Requesting deletion of stored records
To ask for the drafts, media files, or posting history the app has stored for a Page to be deleted, email auyjunk@gmail.com with the Page name or ID. Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by reply.
